Students who register before this deadline will receive a confirmation e-mail. After receiving this confirmation registration is complete.

No walk-ins permitted for testing with this department, reservations are required. DL staff are not permitted to proctor exams outside of testing hours. FOR SECURITY PURPOSES CONFIRMATION E-MAILS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED TO HOTMAIL, GMAIL, OR YAHOO ACCOUNTS.

Acknowledgement

  1. I understand I must arrive at my testing location 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, and that if I am late I may or may not be accommodated, depending on seat availability and/or office hours.
  2. I understand that I will need to bring a valid, unexpired form of photo ID with me on exam day.
  1. I understand that my registration information MUST match exactly with that on my photo ID.
  1. I acknowledge that if I do not present a valid and acceptable photo ID on exam day I will be asked to reschedule my exam for a time when I can produce a valid and acceptable ID.

  1. I understand that I cannot bring food, drink, electronic devices (including cell phones), smart watches, purses or backpacks into the testing room.
  2. I understand that testing will not be permitted beyond the maximum time allowed by my instructor, or after the testing center hours of operation.
  3. I acknowledge that testing candidates are the only ones allowed in the Testing Center; this includes children and guests of the testing candidate. Children are not allowed to be unattended outside of the Testing Center or any other area of the college during testing.

Monitoring:

Testing staff will be present in the rooms to ensure no students cheat or use materials not allowed to them. Exams are monitored remotely which means testing staff can view the computers used by students at all times.

Signing out:

If a student has completed their exam and they do not have another exam to take, they are free to leave the testing area. Be sure to log out of your Moodle, Portal, etc before leaving. No signing out is required.

Taking another exam:

If as student has completed one exam and has to take another, they must go back to the sign in desk before beginning the next exam and begin the sign in process again.
